Sales Manager, Pressure Management
**Job Summary:** In this role job holder will directly handle the Pressure Management (PRM) Sales Team and engage with all appropriate customers to plan, develop and control the implementations of Sales Initiatives to achieve orders volume and profitability targets for PRM products and Services in Turkey & Southern Caspian. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Provide leadership & strategic direction for PRM business across Turkey & Southern Caspian. + Responsible for the achievement of Sales, Bookings and Gross Profit targets for the PRM Business Unit in Turkey& Southern Caspian. + Identify the market requirements and specifics, develop and complete the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability. + Be responsible for the development, reviewing process and communicate the consistent business development plan for designated area of responsibility to Emerson organization. + Actively visit existing customers and seek new opportunities to promote products, services and solutions of Emerson. + Lead and support the PRM sales team by setting clear and measurable business objectives. + Identify the needs and profiles for people resources required to implement agreed sales initiatives. + Actively support the hiring process, participate in interviews, negotiate the compensation packages, provide justification for dismissal and resignations of designated people resources with the support of available HR team. + Identify the needs and actively support the process of skills and talents development within the designated team using available Performance excellence process and tools. + Report regularly to Final Control Sales Director and Business Unit Sales Director on market trends, competition strategies and customer behavior which may affect the Emerson business strategies. + Maintain and regularly update business expectations within the designated region using President’s Operation Report and Sales & Operations Planning Processes together with the Sales team. + Sign and co-sign the Business contracts and transactions with customers on behalf of the company within the applicable rules and policies, including Delegation of Authority and Power of Attorney. + Participate in customer development activities as trade shows, fairs, conferences aiming to promote the sale of products, solutions and services of designated PRM. + Improve customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating and driving solutions to their needs. + Continuously drive the improvement of customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating and driving solutions to their needs. + Collaborate closely with operations, order management, project execution and service teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customer and improve the customer’s overall satisfaction. + Observe the “Business Ethics” stipulated by Emerson. + Ensure that all transactions are properly screened and recorded in accordance with the company’s Trade Compliance procedures and to advance any concerns or questions to the local Gatekeeper. **Who You Are:** You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings. You quickly and significantly take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. You demonstrate each team member’s unique background to achieve team goals. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Engineering degree and Preferably Master’s degree in automation or heavy industries processes. + Minimum 5-7 years experience in Direct Sales and Sales Management, including people management + Strong personality with the ability to connect with all levels within and outside of the organization + Leadership and management experience to empower and lead teams, including cross functional teams in a complex matrix organization + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Fluent in English + Willingness to travel in the region and international + Driving license + Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + At least 5-10 years work experience in industrial automation or heavy industries + Any other European language skills are beneficial **Our Offer To You:** At Emerson, we are committed to encouraging a culture where every employee is valued and respected for their unique experiences and perspectives.
