As the Sales Manager for our Specialty Markets within the Color Division (for use in household and industrial cleaners, specialist coatings and agriculture product applications), you will play a key role in shaping the future of our sales strategy, guiding a talented team to meet and exceed goals, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. This job will be based out of a home-office either near a major airport with preference for Chicago or NYC area.

What you’ll do:
Develop and implement annual and long-term sales forecasts to align with corporate goals. Lead and mentor account managers to consistently achieve sales targets. Collaborate with marketing to implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability. Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions. Drive the introduction of new products and expand existing products into new markets.What you’ll bring:
The drive and passion to win! A college degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or technical degree is a plus. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. A strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts. Extensive experience along with a record of success selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience. Experience within agriculture or turf and ornamental industry is a plus but not required!What you’ll get:
