Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager or 3 - 4 years’ experience as a Sales Executive. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, good problem solving and administrative skills and high competency in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint systems. Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
