Your profile:
• Possess 3-5 years of sales experience within the technical products realm of the packaging industry/FMCG sector.
• Ideally, have experience with order-related, process-oriented large-scale production, such as bottles, labels, and packaging.
• Proficient in cost accounting and calculations.
• Exhibit an independent and methodical work approach.
• Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English and German.
Your responsibilities:
• Cultivating and strengthening enduring customer connections
• Providing attentive customer assistance throughout project lifecycles, from initial inquiries to contract finalization
• Autonomously leading negotiations on pricing and terms, including credit evaluations
• Continuously enhancing pricing strategies and profit margins
• Engaging in cross-functional project groups for custom product innovation based on customer needs
• Strategically orchestrating initiatives to maintain customer allegiance (site visits, invitations, etc.)
• Overseeing revenue and quantity controls
• Conducting competitive evaluations and staying attuned to market trends
• Collaborating closely with internal sales, planning, and production/logistics teams
• Resolving customer grievances and managing complaint resolutions
• Actively participating in trade shows and marketing ventures
