Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits

Pay – $65,000 base annual salary + commissions for every car sold at the store (Up to $215 for every vehicle sold) Health, vision, dental, and life insurance you can select a plan that best suits your lifestyle and your family needs after only 30 days of employment! 401K- we will match 100% of what you contribute up to 4%.  Sales Manager Qualifications

Outstanding Customer Service Skills, ability to handle customer requests to close a sale and escalated complaints. Bilingual English / Spanish required College Degree, preferred Valid Driver’s License, with a good driving record. Needs to be able to operate a variety of vehicles. Be able to work flexible, full-time schedule, weekends and holidays. Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience  

3+ years of experience in a supervisory/management role.   3 + years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.

 Sales Manager Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train and direct the work of the Customer Experience Specialists. Manage, coach and train team members to develop a strong, high-performer, customer-oriented team. Ensures team satisfaction and engagement. Assist the sales team with the application of sales process and handle customer complaints. Knowledge of the physical and online inventory of vehicles. Manage and establish store goals Build strong relationships with other managers.
