Sales Manager – Fine Wines / WSET L.3- ENG/FR/FL – Remote (H/F)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager specialized in Fine Wines to join our client's team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of their fine wines business across the Benelux (90%) and Asian Market (10%). Your expertise in the industry, along with fluency in English, French and Flemish, will be essential in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships across diverse markets.

Job Description:

Expand business: Grow their fine wine sales in the Benelux and Asia by finding new opportunities. Build relationships: Establish strong connections with restaurants, hotels, bars, retailers, and distributors. Sales strategy: Develop effective plans to meet sales targets and stay ahead of competitors. Product expertise: Know their wine thoroughly and educate clients and team members. Negotiate and close deals: Secure sales agreements while adhering to company policies. Support the team: Help the sales team improve their skills and product knowledge. Promote events: Plan and organize tastings and promotions to increase brand awareness. Report and forecast: Provide regular sales reports and insights on market trends.

Your Profile:

Living in Belgium OR the Netherlands Minimum Certification required : WSET level 3 Proven track record in sales, in the fine wine industry in the Benelux. Strong negotiation and communication skills in French, Flemish AND English  Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team. Passion for wine and spirits with a keen interest in industry developments. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events locally and internationally.
