Sales Manager – France

Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with an international distribution company, searching for a French based Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

Manage sales forecast for region and balance sales demand through inventory managementSupport long term business strategy and assist with BD and growth across regionIdentify customer potential alongside market trends to acquire new accounts across EuropePresentation of new products to clientsProvide technical and application support to key customers, including OEM’sWork cross functionally, pulling various teams though for smooth collaboration and service to customerManage competitive pricing strategy for the agreed regionProvide in-house training for customers

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

Must be located in France3-5 Years Sales ExperienceMust have strong English communication skills, both written and orallyMust have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical EngineeringMust have a strong technical understanding of the lubricants marketCustomer facing experience is preferred, ideally in sales or technical supportAble to understand key business drivers and to have the vision to identify long and short-term market penetration opportunitiesRegional travel 50%+
