Sales Manager – International Road Freight – France

Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a Global 3PL on the search for a Sales Manager – Road Freight to lead the company’s promotion of FTL and Heavy and special Transports across Europe The company is a third-party logistics provider, specializing Road Freight (FTL/LTL).

Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients and promote the company’s services, emphasizing international full truck loads and heavy/special transportsBuild long-term, trusted customer relationships through a proactive and comprehensive strategyDevelop and manage client portfolioMonitor individual activities with periodic reviews and key performance indicatorsAchieve business objectives and profit marginFacilitate communication between customers and internal departmentsPrepare sales analysis reports

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and educationMinimum three years of experience in Logistics and TransportStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEffective negotiation abilitiesFlexibility and hands-on mentalityDrive, focus, and determinationFluent spoken and written English (mandatory); additional foreign language skills are a plusWillingness to travel
