We are seeking an accomplished and driven Sales Manager – Medical Affairs (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with medical departments within pharmaceutical companies in Germany.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of digital healthcare communication while working closely with thought leaders and innovators in the pharma space.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in pharmaceutical companies, particularly in Medical Affairs and Brand Management.Identify client needs and challenges, and position coliquio’s solutions as valuable, tailored offerings.Lead complex sales cycles with a consultative and strategic approach—serving as a trusted advisor to clients.Represent coliquio at high-level meetings, conferences, and events within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.Collaborate with internal teams—Editorial, Data, Project Management—to ensure client success and maximize impact.Your ProfileMinimum 3 years of proven sales success within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry, ideally with direct exposure to Medical Affairs or Medical Education.Strong understanding of medical communications and pharma’s internal structures and decision-making processes.Background in life sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine) is highly advantageous.Demonstrated ability to navigate and engage C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.High degree of independence, resilience, and self-motivation.Willingness to travel regularly within Germany.Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.What We Offer
