Sales Manager – Nashua Tshwane
Job Purpose

The purpose of the Sales Manager is to manage the sales team and the product portfolio within the designated Business Unit. The Sales Manager must work in conjunction with Nashua Limited, OEM’s and the internal sales, service/support teams to develop and grow Nashua Tshwane’s market share. The Sales Manager will further be responsible for the overall profitability and growth of the business unit.

Achieve / exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships. Competency in negotiating and closing business deals. Engaging and energetic personality. Ability to work with others, work under pressure, multitask, and to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly adapt to emerging changes in the industry. Well-developed planning, organizing and time management skills. Positive work ethic, attentive personality, and attitude. Minimum requirements: Minimum of Grade 12. Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a sales team. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Duties and responsibilities: Analysing and expanding business operations toward sustained development and growth. Build, drive, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies. Deliver on the product strategy and roadmap. Assist in pricing models based on customer value (ROI) analysis. Identifying and developing new business strategies based on customer behaviour. Developing and maintaining customer relationships and strengthening industry partnerships. Liaising with Sales, Marketing and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue. Assist the sales team in creating a value proposition to market. Identifying new customers by researching and creating networking opportunities. Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability. Identifying profitable business opportunities and potential customers. Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue. Prepare quarterly, bi-annual, and annual revenue and product forecasts. Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve market share, through the introduction of adjacent services, improvements to service delivery and support, and supporting key sales opportunities with the sales team.
