We are working with a premier contract manufacturer specializing in sports nutrition and functional foods. Committed to innovation and quality, they partner with brands to bring effective and health-driven products to market. Our client is looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across Europe. Candidate can be based anywhere in Europe as this is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities within the sports nutrition and functional food sectors.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment and successful launches.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our offerings.Set up, coordinate & execute specific account management tactics and plans (eg Sales Operational Plan, Account Plan) to realize agreed sales growth and overall customer relationship objectivesDevelop and execute appropriate go-to-market strategies through direct and indirect channels

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science or Food and Nutrition, at least 5 years of direct B2B sales experience with proven track record/capabilities.Strong entrepreneurial mindset.Great negotiation skills.Communication skills.
