Sales Manager – Warehouse Automation and Intralogistics

Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnerships with top companies in the Warehouse Automation and Intralogistics sector. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager role in Atlanta.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Identify and develop candidates of sufficient quality to help achieve sales and growth targets.Collaborate with various departments to develop and align sales targets and business goals.Leadership and management of sales staff and partners.Management of customers and their needs through skilled negotiation.Provide guidance and support to team members through quality supervision.Facilitate and conduct customer meetings.Identify internal and external customer needs and develop new solutions to overcome challenges.Establish and nurture relationships and warehouse automation and intralogistics companies.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

A bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred)3+ years of experience in a managing roleMinimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse automation and intralogisticsAbility to lead and develop a team.Problem solver with the ability to think laterallyExceptional communication skillsSelf-motivated and ability to work independentlyOpen to travelProvide market and competitor intelligenceCommitted to achieving goals through positivity and enthusiasmAbility to meet high demands with deadlines on the horizonHave the knowledge to explain any aspects within the intralogistics precinctTop level negotiation skills

The expected salary for this role would be USD $110K – $120K, with other performance-related benefits available including bonus and equity.
