The purpose of this job is to focus on driving Sales and Business Development for Clariant's polypropylene catalyst portfolio in the Middle East. You will collaborate with key regional customers to support Clariant's global Polyolefins strategy and achieve financial targets
Responsibilities
• Drive Regional sales in Polypropylene and Polyolefins sectors.
• Deliver tailored solutions to enhance performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth.
• Provide market insights and support catalyst trials to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth sales process management.
• Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Clariant at industry events to expand business opportunities.
Requirements
5+ years of Sales experience within Polyolefins or Polypropylene (Catalyst). Strong suit in HDP - High-Density Polyethylene, LDPE - Low-Density Polyethylene or LLDPE Linear Low-Density Polyethylene. Foster communication and cooperation with diverse, multicultural teams. Take initiative and manage tasks independently with strong organizational skills. Continuously learn and adapt to new challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
