Sales Manager
Sales Manager Job Description: As our Sales Manager-Fixed Assets, you will be responsible for leading a segment of In Life sales for the Specialized Solutions Group. In this capacity, you will own the sales motion and management of seven Customer Account Managers to meet and/or exceed the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. To thrive in this role, you must have a deep understanding of software sales, know how to drive both subscription renewals and upselling business, and have strong leadership skills. ***This is a hybrid office environment that requires you to be in the Lawrenceville office 3 days a week.*** Key Responsibilities: • Leading renewal and upsell strategy and execution for two key portfolio products. • Working alongside the Channel Account Manager to drive indirect renewal and upsell business with our business partners. • Delivering a closed-loop lead and deal management process and metrics to support sales and marketing objectives and goals. • Reporting sales activity and forecast to the SSG sales director to provide timely insight on trends and issues. • Ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development of the sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring, and training account managers on the Sage sales process. Qualifications: • 5+ years of sales experience with at least 1+ years of overall experience in software sales, preferably in enterprise applications with SMB or Mid-Market accounts. Leadership experience is a plus. • Demonstrated ability working in a high-velocity sales model. • Demonstrated consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations either as an individual contributor or sales leader. • Demonstrated ability to forecast revenue monthly, quarterly, and annually accurately. • Demonstrated experience in leveraging a CRM to manage the sales cycle and business, with a preference for Salesforce and a demonstrated competence in the Microsoft suite of products.
