Your Role Matters

As a Sales Manager you’ll play an important role in delivering on Atrium’s promise of exceptional hospitality, as well as the success of the hotel while delivering memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Drive Revenue & Client Relationships - Proactively solicit room revenue, up-sell opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate accounts to achieve sales goalsSales Process & Execution - Navigate clients through the entire sales process, from qualifying and negotiating to closing and detailing group and catering leadsService Excellence & Loyalty - Ensure seamless handover of business for proper service delivery, fostering guest satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional customer interactionsStrategic Growth & Team Collaboration - Develop SMART plans with measurable goals, continuously enhance sales techniques, and work collaboratively to support hotel-wide objectivesUpholding Atrium’s SPIRIT Values: Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork

Experience & Qualifications:

Required:

Education: High School DiplomaExperience: Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service or clerical role

Preferred:

Education: Associate’s degree in Sales & Marketing related disciplineExperience: Two (2) or more years in sales and marketing, front office, or other supervisory positionExperience with Dephi, FDC or CI/TY and Hilton PMS
