Sales Manager

MBS is currently seeking a Sales Manager for a national franchised commercial cleaning company.  The company is seeking a serious candidate to take over running an inside sales department in the Independence, Ohio.

Responsibilities Include:

Supervising inside sales representatives and ensuring their jobs are done correctly and that they are performing up to standard Hiring and training of all new inside sales personnel Daily monitoring of each telemarketer-s database Assigning leads to all telemarketers Preparing and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed Quality control of appointments booked by telemarketers Mentoring department on an on-going basis Making own telemarketing calls and generating appointments Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum one year experience in a management position Previous experience managing an inside sales force preferred Previous experience making business-to-business out-bound calls preferred Computer literate with excellent data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player

Working Hours:  

8AM - 5PM Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri There will be the need, from time-to-time.to work from noon to 3PM at the office on Saturdays when we are conducting a Franchise meeting which occurs every 6 weeks. This is an exempt position, not eligible for overtime pay, reporting to the President.

COMPENSATION:

Base annual salary: $24,000 (paid bi-weekly)

COMMISSIONS:

Sales Commissions will be per the terms agreed on by the candidate and the President.

Work Expenses

Work expenses other than typical travel costs {lolls, parking, etc), need to be preapproved with a general description and estimated cost to the President. This can be done informally in writing or verbally.

Fuel Allowance

You will be reimbursed for travel expenses when using your own vehicle for work related travel. The mileage driven will not include driving to the office from your home. In the case where you are traveling to clients first, then to the office, you will be expected to deduct standard home-office mileage round trip from the day's total provided that you would have come to the office that day. The mileage reimbursement is: $.565 per mile number of miles driven during that period. You will be required to submit an expense report weekly for approval and a mileage record generated by a GPS Android App that employees use for mileage tracking. Expense reports will be collected no earlier than each Monday and no later than end of business day Tuesday of the following week.
