Responsibilities:

Implement & execute retail best practices to drive company sales objectives. Support all sales department-related activities: desk management to include deal structuring, presenting numbers, closing deals, daily sales meetings, sales process training, showroom floor, and inventory management. Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of sales teams. Ensure that all sales teams meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, and closes. Lead Daily Sales Meetings Ensure all staff are trained in accordance with the training programs provided. Assist with setting aggressive, yet realistic monthly sales goals Ensure customer care and satisfaction by ensuring best practices and promptly resolving customer concerns/questions Identify any daily variances in key performance indicators and make adjustments as necessary. Manage new and pre-owned inventory
