Electrical/ electronic, MBA- Marketing **Technical Background in Thyristor Power Controllers, Power Supply, High Voltage Product** **Job Description:-** Key Requirements + Should have past experience in handling all India Business Development and should have handled customers including Government, PSU, MNC, Corporate, Private, Service, OEM and export sectors. + Candidates having experience in selling similar products like High Voltage / Power Supplies/Thermal Solutions. + Should have a experience in Direct sales as well as Distributors. + Should have a fair knowledge of excise, sales tax and commercial. **Key Responsibilities for the Role:** **New Business Development** + Achieve Quarterly target assigned + Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business + Cold call as appropriate within your assigned market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. + Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging network. + Research and build relationships with new clients. + Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals. + Plan approach and pitches. Make presentations to customers on AE solutions. + Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives. + Participate in pricing the solution/service. + Handle objections by clarifying queries and working through differences to a positive conclusion. + Present an image that mirrors that of the client. + Develop and direct competitive strategies to increase sales + Responsible for selling complete AE portfolio including PCM, Thin Film, AC/DC/RF power supplier. Hitech & Ultravolt product range. + The business development experience area required 1. High-voltage custom and configurable module systems for analytical instruments, medical, industrial, and semiconductor equipment. 2. Analytical Mass Spectrometer 3. Scanning Electron Microscopes 4. X Ray Sources and detectors **Client Retention** + Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. + Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. + Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs. **Business Development Planning** + Attend, organize and participating industry functions such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. + Present to and consult with md and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products and distribution channels. + Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. + Using knowledge of the market and competitors and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
