Sales Manager

Overview of the role

We are looking for a versatile and passionate Sales professional who will be responsible in soliciting room and F&B business from the corporate (Group and FIT) market segment, corporate packages and leisure packages.

 

Key Accountabilities

​​​​​Actively target and solicit business from defined geographic markets through the key segments: negotiated corporate, consortia, wholesale, partnership programs, government and groups to achieve the annual room revenue targets. 

​Collaborate with revenue management, digital marketing, and public relations in developing room and suite experiences targeting the defined markets directly and with key partners.  

​Develop sales strategy, promotions, and activities for their key accounts to drive the revenues for Rooms, Food & Beverage (F&B), and events.  

​Be responsible for associations, implementation and delivery of domestic and international sales calls, client receptions, national day celebrations, sales showcases and roadshows representing The Peninsula Manila and The Peninsula Hotels.  

​Track and monitor the productivity (i.e. room and banquet targets) of each account, maintain relationships and develop new accounts for the hotel. 

 

General Requirements

College graduate with at least (1) year notable experience as Sales Manager or a similar role Results-oriented and driven, with strong attention to detail Aggressive, passionate and highly motivated in meeting sales goals With pleasant personality and can work well under pressure Self-starter, mature, independent and a team player
