Sales Manager

The role is responsible for the local and international leisure segments. The Sales Manager will effectively familiarize and grow all current accounts, acquire the new business, and build and maintain rapport with high-net-worth repeat guests.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism managementMinimum 3 years experience in the hospitality field. Independent luxury hotel and/or international luxury hotel chain brand experience is strongly preferred.Experience as a proactive sales professional at a similar hotel in South East Asia or/and in a resort destinationExcellent written and oral communication skills.Strong supervisory and personnel management experienceWilling to be entrepreneurial and take risksAbility to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced team environmentAbility to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team memberExcellent attention to detail, flexible, and adaptable to changeAbility to operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlinesExcellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skillsImagination and creativity skills, focusing on improving financial performance through aggressive sales and marketing initiativesPositive, outgoing, and self-motivating individual with a pleasant personalityAbility to maintain a professional manner and appearance in all situationsIdeally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism managementMinimum 3 years experience in the hospitality field.
