What You’ll Do:

Entrepreneurial Role: Manage accounts within assigned territory making an impact in the food packaging industry.Contract Development and Negotiation: Work closely with key accounts to develop and finalize contracts with Director of Sales.Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, providing comprehensive recommendations for pricing, terms, and specifications.Build Strategic Relationships: Work with senior management to develop and implement operating plans that align with the business, ensuring maximum sales and profit growth.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Packaging.5 or more years of progressive sales experience in packaging, manufacturing, or food and beverage industries.Proven ability to drive results and exceed targets.Strong organizational skills and the capacity to think strategically while simultaneously addressing roadblocks.Willingness to travel up to 60%, primarily within Eastern/Midwestern US territory.The ability to thrive both as a contributor and a team player in a fast-paced environment.
