ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals for the areaEstablish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotasProject expected sales volume and profit for existing and new productsIdentify opportunities for improvement and expense reductionStay current with new trends, economic indicators, and competitor activitySelect, recruit, coach, and counsel team members to ensure strong resultsTogether with the team, build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key customersPartner with the team to nurture and develop new customer opportunitiesManage, develop, coach, counsel, and motivate the sales teamEducate the sales team through regular meetings, seminars, and training. QualificationsYou have:
5+ years of sales experience (Jan/San or Food Service)3+ years of sales leadership experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExcellent communication and organization skillsProficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent strategic & creative problem-solving skills
