SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Sales Manager Working at Seoul, South Korea Mammoet is a global leader in heavy lifting and transportation solutions. We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team in Korea. This role offer the opportunity to contribute to our global success while developing your career. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Manage the sales process for major Korean construction companies' overseas projects, from FEED to contract signing. This includes working across diverse sectors such as Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, construction, nuclear, wind power, shipbuilding, and power generation. Provide consulting services on heavy lift and transport solutions Prepare drawings and quotations for heavy lift and transport projects and engage in discussion with clients. (Technical, Commercial, and Contractual aspects). Collaborate with international offices and project sites (oversea travel required). Build productive relationship with Clients and identify their project requirement. Taking ownership internally/externally of delivering the best heavy lifting & transport solution on client’s project. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Expert level experience in sales and key account management Bachelor's degree (4-year); major is not restricted, but please detail your skills and their relevance to this role. 0-10 years of broad, relevant work experience. English, fluent proficiency verbal and written Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining Proactive & Self-motivated mindset Willing to learn and adapt Preferred Qualification: OPIC IM2 level or higher, TOEIC Speaking Test score of 130 or higher, strong business English communication skills. Strong computer skills and experience with heavy lifting/transport equipment is a plus.
