Job Description
Our client is seeking to hire a seasoned Sales Manager with a track record of success in the staffing industry, specifically on the hospitality side. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive sales and revenue growth for the organization in their new San Antonio operation. They will lead the sales team, utilizing their strong leadership skills, and solid understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and revenue management.
Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
+ Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and drive sales strategies.
+ Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial goals are met.
+ Build and maintain successful relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
+ Drive revenue growth in the hospitality industry.
+ Utilize extensive connections in the hotel industry to foster business development.
+ Proactively engage in communication and negotiations to secure deals.

+ Extensive history with the hotel industry required.
+ Proven ability to hire successful teams, manage budgets for teams, and build successful relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Work Environment
Brand new office in San Antonio, Texas. This is an onsite role and will likely be the first US-based hire. The company offers Medical, Dental, and Vision insurances, with direct hire salary roles and 5% operating profit bonuses. Monthly pay starts at $4,000.
