**Your future role.**
As Sales Manager who will be responsible for sales and marketing activities for High Voltage Motors and Generators and Medium Voltage Converters in Ankara region, you will;
+ Build strategic alliances with EPCs, OEMs, System Integrators and End Users and keep building relationships and networking with decision makers.
+ Develop technical solutions and prepare quotations for customer inquiries.
+ Coordinate commercial, logistics, legal and other relevant teams during quotation preparation and contract negotiation.
+ Follow up internal processes from order to dispatch by coordinating related teams to ensure successful delivery, commissioning and after sales support.
+ Perform market analysis in region, follow market trends and supply feedback to the product management to maintain Innomotics’ trendsetter position.
+ Promote product highlights in line with the global product strategy. Work in close cooperation with Marketing Communication to use effective media appearance, ensure target audience coverage with key messages.
+ Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies in region to increase sales volume and expand the customer base.
+ Present portfolio in exhibitions and summits, perform seminars to market professionals, issue technical articles for industry media, work in close cooperation with related parties to perform marketing communication activities.
**Your profile.**
+ You have a university degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
+ In addition to very good knowledge in low and high voltage electrical motors, frequency converters, you have minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing.
+ Experience on drive applications in industries like Cement, Mining, Iron&Steel, Oil&Gas, Power Generation, Water, Marine, Pulp&Paper or similar.
+ Business fluent English skills.
+ Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills.
+ Ability to drive and travel intensively around the region.
