Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is in charge of both Direct and Distribution sales for EMEA, and a team of (8) external sellers, who focus on strategic selling to key target markets and applications.
Sales goals include total sales vs. budget, business-wide price increases and contract negotiation, and coaching and assisting sales team in new business growth objectives (LVOs).
The role also includes close collaboration with cross-functional peer managers in other departments, close coordination with manufacturing site operations, and close alignment with upper management’s vision, growth goals, and objectives for the business.
Missions
Manage overall team and drive business to implement strategic business plan for EMEA, achieve or exceed Sales Budget, develop new businesses, and other commercial objectives defined. Coach, train, manage, motivate, and support team of (8) external sellers within EMEA.Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, and operations sites to drive sales and profitability growth, as well as to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of the business. Lead, drive, modify, and communicate Account Management program for EMEA
Review, draft, negotiate pricing, complex purchasing contracts, and non-disclosure agreements
