We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager, to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a monthly bonus opportunity and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and direct an outside sales team Interview and hire salespeople Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings Results-driven toward goal achievement Excellent management and leadership skills. Experience in a management capacity of sales, training, or operations. Strong personality and can communicate confidently and effectively with senior management. Enjoys sales & sales management and has experience coaching others on sales performance. Past training experience is a plus. Self-directed leader requiring minimal supervision. Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and follow-up. Highly organized

Requirements:

2 years minimum managing sales teams Personal sales background of at least 2 years with a track record Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model Positive attitude towards achievement Great communication, organization, and coordination skills Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel a plus Excellent customer service background Retail sales and management a plus
