Job Summary:
Closets by Design Charlotte is seeking a Full Time, Salaried Sales Manager to join our team in order to help manage the franchise operation and promote our products & services. Reporting directly to the Franchise Owner, the Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.  Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and direct an in-home sales team.Interview, hire and train salespeople.Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings.Results driven toward achieving goals.Understand and know how to motivate a Sales Team.

 

Requirements:

2 – 5 years minimum - managing sales teams.Personal sales background of at least 5 years with a proven track recordCommitment to following our proven, successful sales model.Positive attitude towards achievementGreat communication, organization, and coordination skillsExperience working with consumers.Retail sales and management a plus
