Sales ManagerSummary of the Role:As the Hospitality & Mobility Distribution Sales Manager, you will drive the growth of Amadeus’s hotel, mobility, and experiences distribution solutions in North Latam, Central America, and Caribbean markets.In this role you’ll:You will be responsible for prospecting and developing a pipeline for Amadeus’s hotel, mobility, and experiences distribution solutions.You will drive the sales cycle for the HOS distribution portfolio of solutions in close collaboration with commercial account managers to meet your sales targets.Develop and curate sales pitches relevant to market specificities for mature, scaling, and launch solutions.You will be responsible for orchestrating implementation and adoption processes with respective delivery and customer success teams.Actively contribute to the yearly business planning and business reviews in the cluster.Inspire cluster colleagues in selling the solution portfolio and helping them to become more self-sufficient.Share hotel strategy, solution updates, and progress via townhalls, DR meetings, sub-cluster meetings, and direct engagement with account managers.About the Ideal Candidate:Reside or be willing to relocate to Mexico City.5+ years of sales or business development experience in a multinational environment, or equivalent experience.3+ years of commercial experience in Hotel Distribution (Hotel OTA, Hotel Wholesaler in a B2B/B2C environment), or equivalent experience.Solid understanding of the travel industry in general and specifically of the hotel distribution business model, aggregator business, and hotel online players.Understanding of GDS and travel agency distribution.What we can offer you 🎯 A critical mission and purpose - At Amadeus, you will be powering the future of travel and pursuing a critical mission and extraordinary purpose.🌎 A truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.🎓 Great opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.🤗 A caring environment - Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
