Requirements:
Proficient in negotiation principles and techniques.Proficient in goal setting and commission mechanisms.Proficient in CRM and customer relationship management concepts.Team building and leadership skills.Decision-making and crisis management ability.At least a Bachelor's degree.At least five years of work experience in sales management.
