Main Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue potential clients through various sales channels, cold calling, networking, trade fairs and referrals. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences and pain points. Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, regulatory, product development, finance and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources and maximizing sales opportunities. Thorough understanding of the products or services, including features, benefits, technical specs and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to clients. Frequet reviews and reports with sales and financial data and implement strategies for driving growth. Review weekly and monthly sales performance to achieve monthly and annual targets. Providing customers with detailed product data, specs and accurate quotations. Contacting with potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and in person. Attend to customer queries and resolving their complaints. Provide support to the customer service team members ensuring smooth process in the orders, documentation and shipments. Work closly with vendors on orders, lead time and shipping cum regulatory documentations on critical orders. Collaborate with finance team on AR and AR collections on overdue accounts. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Main Requirements:
Min 5yrs of B2B sales experience, nice to from opthalmic lens sales directly. Experience in export business is a bonus. Excellent communication skills. Able to speak Mandarin would be bonus to communicate with relevant customers/ suppliers for business purposes. Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a result-driven approach. Excellent interpersonal skills, research capabilities, negotiation skills and essential analytical capabilities. Good self-management skills and ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
