The Infinity Sales Manager is responsible for leading a sales team of Territory Representatives to manage and grow a strategic retail partner network that delivers targeted growth, profit, and brand recognition across the United States. In this role, you will deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, implement key business strategies, and coach a sales team with the primary goal of increasing revenue and growing market share.
Highlights of your role Provide day-to-day management, oversight, mentorship, training, and coaching to direct reports; assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for open sales positionsDevelop and maintain effective business relationships with Infinity partners at all organizational levels; build partner loyalty and drive strategic and growth discussions and actions.Achieve annual sales, market share, and profitability goals in targeted geographies and segments. Work with sales team to develop and maintain market analysis by territory; implement plans.Work closely with Business Development to identify and present new opportunities and partner prospects; successfully onboard new partners with focus on achieving sales forecasts and growth identified in business plans and letter agreements. Develop, maintain, and communicate a strong understanding of market conditions, trends, and the competitive environment; utilize this information to influence regional and company sales strategiesEnsure all company sales, marketing programs, and product introductions are properly implemented and supported by sales teamRepresent Infinity at trade shows and events Salary Range $98,000 - $130,000 base salary. Incentive Bonuses based on performance. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Work with and leverage technology to maximize effectiveness in sales role (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and various software applications)Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, nonverbal, and presentation); able to convey strong, clear messages to target audiences of all sizes including co-workers, leadership, customers, and industry groupsDemonstrated planning, time management, and organizational skillsStrong drive for results and meeting deadlinesAptitude to manage ambiguity and lead change; self-starter; ability to anticipate potential issues; ability to quickly formulate options to resolve issues; strong conceptual thinker Also want to make sure you have Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent industry experience.4+ years of sales/marketing experience in the SFI (Sell, Furnish, Install) industry or related industry Ability and willingness to travel weekly throughout region which will require overnight stays.
