Main duties:
1. Managing the telephone sales team:

• Planning, directing and monitoring the daily performance of sales experts.
2. Determining goals and targets Sales:
• Setting short-term and long-term goals for the team and monitoring their realization.
3. Increasing productivity:
• Training, motivating and providing effective solutions to improve the performance of experts.
4. Communicating with customers:
• Monitoring phone calls and ensuring customer satisfaction and providing quality services.
5. Reporting:
• Preparing and presenting regular reports of team performance and analyzing results. Sales.
6. Cooperation with Other departments:
• Coordinate with the marketing unit to generate leads and increase sales.
Eligibility requirements:
• Education: minimum bachelor's degree in management, marketing or related fields.
> • Work experience: at least 8 years of experience in sales or a similar position.
• Skills:
• Ability to lead a team and increase productivity.
• Master the principles of sales and negotiation.
• Ability Management of targets and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
