About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team during the pre-opening phase of Andaz Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a new hotel’s journey and play a pivotal role in its growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to collaborate effectively with hotel teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Acquisition Relationship Management: establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and group bookers. Secure early business through proactive sales outreach, partnerships, and negotiations.

· Collaboration with Pre-Opening Team: coordinate with the pre-opening team to ensure all sales strategies align with operational readiness. Ensure smooth communication between sales, marketing, and operational teams.

· Sales Reporting Performance Metrics: report on sales activities, progress toward targets, and revenue growth. Provide feedback to the Director of Sales (and indirectly to the Director Commercial Services) on sales trends, client needs, and potential opportunities.
