The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Sales Manager to manage sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for venue rentals, advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships, while tailoring pitches and proposals for potential sponsors Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners by navigating corporate dynamics to connect with key stakeholders Work with the marketing team to execute sponsor commitments and promote our brand using sponsors’ platforms Identify business needs and create partnership opportunities to generate sales and cost savings Establish long-term partnerships with key corporate partners to maximize returns Align with the management to set priorities and achieve sales targets Perform other assigned tasks

 

General Requirements

Degree holder in Business Administration, or related disciplines fields Minimum 8 years' of experience in corporate partnerships and with proven sales track record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen and stakeholders management Independent, proactive and customer-oriented with a positive mindset Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
