Responsibilities

Responsible for growing sales revenue by achieving sales target and margin, ensuring year to year growth.Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.Facilitate solving customer problems on application issues through training, information and recommendation of solutions through knowledge of competitive offerings, as well as, pre-sales, post-sales, demos and executing against marketing initiatives.Responsible for sales activities to meet sales goals and develop new prospects and penetrate competitive accounts.Setup, maintain, monitor, and cultivate accurate customer files and sales opportunities in Salesforce.com.Prepare and deliver presentations and seminars that speak to the customers’ business needs and applications by positioning our products as solutions to meet those needs.Continues update information to marketing team to create business development programs.Work closely with service team and extended regional sales team and business units in order to promote a high level of customer support.Provide local support for planned customer event throughout the year. Provide feedback to management on industry trends, customers growth opportunities.Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts. Develop business plan through quarterly plans of action.

Basic Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Chemistry At least 8 years of sales experience in Analytical instruments.Good interpersonal and presentation skills in both verbal and written English & Bahasa MalaysiaHave own transport and willing to travel domestically.Independent and able to work as a team.Computer literate, knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
