Summary – basic function of the role We are actively seeking a Sales Manager located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager you will lead revenue growth and customer creation initiatives across Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, with a focus on driving strategic sales efforts in the Oil & Gas sector. This role requires an experienced leader with a strong commercial sales background, a deep understanding of contracts, and expertise in managing teams and direct reports. The Sales Manager will work to expand the company's market share by selling Enerpac Products and Hydratight Services, pursuing long-term projects, and developing key accounts. Additionally, this role involves financial planning, including pricing, margin management, and business forecasting, to achieve strategic objectives. Job Duties and Responsibilities Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for products and services while ensuring customer creation across Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Identify and develop opportunities in the region to achieve significant business growth, focusing on the Oil & Gas sector. Monitor sales activities of the commercial sales team through tools such as SFDC and directly log key account opportunities. Lead and manage a team of direct reports, providing coaching and guidance to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets. Collaborate with Internal Sales and Finance teams to monitor credit issues and follow up on overdue accounts. Oversee pricing strategies, margin management, and business forecasting to align with financial planning objectives. Assess training needs for the sales team and coordinate with management to implement programs that enhance team competencies. Gather and analyze market intelligence to assist in defining and implementing strategic directions for the region. Develop and manage annual sales plans, taking ownership of forecasts and progress tracking. Work with the operations team to identify CAPEX requirements and explore new revenue opportunities across verticals and applications. Secure contracts from key projects in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power/Desalination. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within key customer organizations Education and Experience Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector with a proven track record in commercial sales. Experience managing teams and direct reports with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification). Strong understanding of contracts, pricing strategies, margin management, and financial planning. Previous experience in the Saudi market is essential; Qatar and UAE experience is highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
