Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales and distribution plan for healthy food products in Tehran.
• Recruit, train and manage A high performing sales team as the business grows.
• Build and manage relationships with hypermarkets, wholesalers, retailers and other key partners.
• Provide critical insights into market trends, customer preferences and Competitor analysis
• Manage Trade marketing programs
• Lead efforts to transform the company into a premier distributor of health-oriented food products in the region.
• Work closely with founders to develop growth strategies and ensure operational excellence.

• Proven experience as a sales manager in the food capillary distribution industry with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Deep understanding of the supermarket market, Wholesalers and areas of Tehran.
