Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #Li - OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion IEC LV Motors Division in Hyderabad.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCommunicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.•\tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.•\tIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.•\tManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.

Qualifications for the role

\tGood to have sales experience, A strong focus Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Electrical or Mechanical.\tRequire 12 to 15 years’ experience of selling Low Voltage motors in designated area.\tA high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.\tA collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.\tA high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.\tA collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
