SALES MANAGER (Based in Spain: Barcelona or Madrid)
Mission
Responsible for the Spain market development and management of the business, through the acquisition of new Customers and progression in the current ones. Design and implementation the strategies regarding the Mission and aligned with different interests of the Company and the Group. Communicate market inputs to the Company in a structured manner.
Responsibilities
• Analyze Customers' current and past financial data such as Sales Reports and devise strategies to increase sales;
• Market research to identify new business opportunities, in coordination with the management, namely in the definition of the respective success strategies;
• Preparation of proposals for “New Business”;
• Participation in the Company's Budget and in the management of Customer Accounts - cost and margin control;
• Identification of sales arguments for potential Customers/Partners;
• “Network” with Clients/Partners and other business partners, with the aim of creating new business opportunities;
• Coordination of its activity with all the interlocutors involved, whether National or International;
• Achieve the quantitative and qualitative objectives outlined.
Requeriments
• Degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Management or Industrial Engineering
• Solid computer knowledge from the user's perspective in Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP (preferred)
• English (fluent), Spanish (native language - preferred), Italian (if possible)
• B2B experience
• Worked on paper to food
