Sales Manager

We provide the following property services to HOAs, Apartment Communities, Office and Retail, Campuses, and Auto Dealerships: Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Holiday Light Installation, and Specialty Cleanings. Optional/ beneficial experience: + Experience in any of the following: + CRM systems and the associated administration + Sales and forecasting tools and reporting + Proven success with sales, business development, and/or team leadership + Experience with property managers, commercial service companies, or property maintenance firms Duties/Responsibilities Examples: Sales Team Management: + Lead, manage, evaluate, and motivate direct reports to meet and exceed sales targets + With HR, participate in the recruiting, hiring, and firing of direct reports + Own the strategy and tasks for the relevant functions of the team regardless of stage or staffing + With Director of Sales, architect the workflows and responsibilities of all roles to streamline sales and service goals + Act as a player-coach to help close business when needed Gross Margin Delivery: + Annual sales projections by month by service line + Maximize gross margin in absolute dollars via utilization and velocity of gross margin + Ensure the volume of new deals started is sufficient to meet or exceed sales targets + Adhere to the applicable budget line items set by Director of Sales (marketing, business development, team building, salaries, commissions) + Manage the seasonal initiatives (annual review meetings, following year service summaries, budget approval confirmations, Community Initiatives and CI budget targets) + With Director of Sales, create monthly sales and revenue reporting, commentary on daily digest as appropriate, and bookings deck Client Experience: + Defining, designing, and scaling the client experience + Ensuring that our "Customer Commitments" are diligently kept + Ensure all customer interactions with the company (sales, service) are consistent with SOR brand identity and core values + Overseeing any account management transitions with clients + Other duties as necessary Compensation & Benefits + Salary + Mileage reimbursement + 401K with matching available + Subsidized health Insurance available + Supplemental insurance available (dental, vision, disability, etc) + Paid Time Off (PTO) + Company Holidays + Additional PTO can be earned by volunteering in the community + Company-provided MacBook + Opportunities to grow: classes, certifications, additional responsibilities and influence + A well-functioning team of motivated, intelligent, caring co-workers This role requires submission of the following.
