Our client, a leading provider in the floral distribution industry, is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in Camarillo, CA. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic market plans, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to exceed revenue targets.Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase sales volume.Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and event planners.Monitor market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching to enhance team performance.Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in floral distribution, perishable goods, or a related industry.Strong leadership and coaching abilities with experience managing and developing sales teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred but not required.

Pay & Schedule:

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
