Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to increase and shape our Oasys LS-DYNA business in the Americas. Our Sales Manager will be assigned a geographical territory and/or strategic accounts and will have the responsibility to drive sales activities from initial contact to close. Close communication and collaboration is encouraged with our software team in San Francisco, but the role can be based in Chicago or Michigan. **The Opportunity** + You will work closely with our US Regional Manager, our Oasys Product Team and Marketers to perform company and industry research and to develop a pipeline of Oasys LS-DYNA sales opportunities in the US + With the support of our technical engineers, you will perform Oasys LS-DYNA sales presentations, negotiate contracts and close deals. You will drive demand, adoption and the overall success of Oasys LS-DYNA in the region + You will extend our relationships within the target organizations, to understand the Client’s needs, the engineering workflows, difficulties, the key partners and the decision processes + You will be responsible for making sales plans and for delivering quarterly and annual sales targets + You will keep track of sales activities, Clients’ contacts, forecast, opportunities and closed deals in CRM + You will collaborate closely with Sales Representatives in other regions to coordinate activities and share market intelligence and winning strategies At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive. Options for alternative schedules and the ability to work outside of the office for a portion of your workweek are available Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Chicago is 70,000 to 85,000 per year. **This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level.** Benefits are not included in the base salary.
