Position Summary:
This role is expected to establish, maintain, and grow profitable business relationships of selected sets of customers and prospects. The role also has responsibility managing more than 10 people in the team managing Mid-market resellers. This role is expected to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and drive all engagement with resellers and orchestrate the whole process of sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the team of sales personal in managing the list of customer accounts within product range or assigned district, pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions & achieve sales targets
Grow the pipelines to provide the expected sales funnel and maintain the pipelines report weekly
To establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans, prioritize and schedule own activities to make sure these targets are met for the team
To visit and access existing and new customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
To coordinate and advise the team on prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue and gross profit targets
To liaise with Product Team on sales feedback, stocks and marketing programs including participating in sales and marketing activities, including outdoor promotions and product launches
To build positive relationships with customers and generate future sales and repeat business and at the same time increase sales distribution and expand channel distribution network
To work with presales team to create new services offering to achieve customers’ expected outcome and address market’s gap
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in Information Security/ Technology or Computer Science
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales target
At least 3 years’ experience in leading a sales team within IT industry
Good experience in selling Professional Services is important and established experience in selling into Enterprise accounts
Knowledge in Public Sector, GLC, IT Enterprise, Mobility (Telco), FSI or Commercial (SI/ SMB) is an added advantage.
Team player, independent, self-Driven with good in communication and interpersonal skills
Have good presentation skills and able to manage customer expectation
