The primary objective role
To drive profitable sales growth and market share through optimization of our existing distributor channels and development of new and innovative go market modelIdentify and approach to new partner to generate demand in the market for sustainable growth.To develop, maintain and straighten relationship with external stakeholders including distributors and physicians/KOLs to enable profitable sales growth.To collaborate with internal functions both domestic and global.To deliver forecast and financial trackingLet’s talk about the role
Achieve portfolio revenue, profitability and market shareDevelop financial reports, and make necessary adjustments to achieve financial goals.Develop and execute plans to dive growth and achieve goals, including budget and expense planning.Continuously collect market information from various sources, analyzed data and generate market insight for planning and execution to achieve goals.Collaborate with other ResMed KK and ResMed global teamsCollaborate and/or partner with external stakeholders.Let’s talk about you
Total 5 years medical device experience. Peoples leader experience in minimum 2 companies or departments(prefer)Key account sales experience with minimum 5 years.Experience with distributors in working and negotiating to roll out sales plan in the field.Fluent in EnglishExperience in working multi-cultural environmentSleep, respiratory and cardio experience is preferredJoining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
