The Sales Manager is required to provide focused aftermarket support for all Weir equipment to ensure strong spare parts and service business performance. This person is responsible for the development and maintenance of technical relationships that drive brand stack and aftermarket sales strategies, plans and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Develop a portfolio of continuous improvement trials that lower the customers Total Ownership Costs and achieves the Targets of the Performance Based Agreement with the customer.
Troubleshooting equipment and service problems through use of Weir product knowledge, engineering skills and root cause analysis to provide solutions.
Track & report market share and opportunity GAP analysis focusing on closing the gap.
Maintain technical knowledge of customer process to allow the development and improvement of customer operations specifically for aftermarket performance
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering.
3-5 years relevant industry experience in a similar role.
Prior experience with Weir products would be highly advantageous.
