Your role and responsibilitiesMission StatementTo grow the business @ Vadodara location and bring a business Drive products Division through Channel Partners/ OEMs / System Integrators/EUsWork model: on site #LI-onsiteThis role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Vadodara , IndiaMain Accountabilities:Budget, Planning and ExecutionAchieve the sales target of completely new business for Drive Products division. To Primarily focus on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market.Market DevelopmentDo inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition. Work closely with the CP/OEM/SI’s and share success stories. Sell with proper product positioning.OwnershipFull commitment to meet the budget numbers. Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed.Interact regularly with CP/OEM/SI’s sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment.MISRegularly give update on business done product line wise and market wise. Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stake holders.Projects & key account managementSystematically track the key projects and Customer activity. Develop a business plan for large CP/OEM/SI’s and take responsibility
Qualifications for the roleQualification: BE/ BTech >8 years
