About the Role
As a Sales Manager for the Enterprise segment in our BeNeNord region, you will lead a sales team focused on driving growth within large enterprise accounts. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our footprint, developing strategic customer relationships, and executing complex sales cycles. Managing a team of enterprise account executives, you will foster a results-driven and collaborative sales culture while aligning closely with cross-functional teams to maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business acquisition and expansion within key accounts. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share, pipeline, and revenue growth in the enterprise segment. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging C-level decision-makers and positioning our solutions as essential to business success. Build and maintain strong executive relationships with customers, ensuring a consultative approach and long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, customer success) to enhance sales effectiveness and execution. Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership. Drive operational excellence by monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices. Act as a key liaison between sales leadership and the field team, ensuring alignment on strategy, challenges, and opportunities.Success Metrics

Enterprise Revenue Growth – Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. Pipeline Development – Expanding and maintaining a strong, high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities. Win Rate & Deal Velocity – Increasing deal closure rates while shortening the sales cycle. Customer Engagement & Expansion – Growing strategic relationships and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Forecast Accuracy – Providing reliable, data-driven sales forecasts. Team Performance & Development – Coaching and developing high-performing Enterprise AEs. Cross-functional Collaboration – Enhancing alignment with marketing, product, and customer success teams.What You Bring to the Team
As a strategic and results-oriented leader, you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are passionate about leading teams, closing enterprise deals, and expanding market presence.
10+ years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role. Proven track record of success in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and exceeding revenue goals. Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is required. Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire, develop, and drive performance within the enterprise team. Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders. Experience selling complex, high-value SaaS solutions to enterprise clients. Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field. Results-driven mindset, with the ability to balance strategy and execution. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate business value effectively.
