About the Role
As a Sales Manager in France, you will lead a team driving growth across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Channel segments. Your role will focus on identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, pitching our award-winning software solutions, and managing complex sales cycles. With a team of approximately 10 sales professionals, you will foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration while ensuring strong market penetration and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand customer relationships across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Channel segments. Lead and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Drive a consultative sales approach, managing complex sales cycles and leveraging internal resources such as pre-sales engineers and marketing. Strategize and execute sales plans to ensure strong business growth, pipeline development, and successful deal closures. Act as a key business partner to cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to align strategies and maximize impact. Lead and participate in sales meetings, client visits, and events (both remote and on-site) to enhance customer engagement. Support and strengthen channel relationships, working closely with partners to drive indirect sales and expand our market presence. Monitor and analyze team performance, providing actionable insights, coaching, and mentorship to enhance sales effectiveness. Serve as a key point of contact between leadership and the sales team, ensuring clear communication of objectives, challenges, and successes.Success Metrics

Pipeline Development – Building and maintaining a robust, high-quality sales pipeline with a clear focus on deal conversion. Win Rate & Deal Velocity – Improving the percentage of closed deals and reducing the average sales cycle length. Team Performance & Development – Driving engagement, retention, and growth within your team through coaching and performance management. Customer & Partner Engagement – Increasing client satisfaction, fostering strong channel partnerships, and expanding market share. Forecast Accuracy – Delivering reliable and data-driven sales forecasts to support business planning. Cross-functional Collaboration – Effectively working with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategy and optimize execution.What You Bring to the Team
As a driven and strategic leader, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about growing business while developing and empowering your team. You are highly adaptable, goal-oriented, and motivated by both individual and team success.
10+ years of experience in software/SaaS sales, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager, Director, or equivalent). Proven track record of success in managing sales teams and delivering against revenue goals. Experience across multiple sales motions – Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Channel. Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required. Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire, develop, and drive performance within your team. Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field. Strong ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Results-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize, manage challenges, and execute in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate company vision, product offerings, and adapt to evolving business strategies.
