We are now looking for a new Sales Manager for the Swedish market. Your primary focus will be on Rolling stock and service, but being a small sales team, we often support each other across responsibilities, therefore your work will partly involve many parts of our portfolio.
Your Responsibilities:
Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and plans while building relationships with future customers to develop and offer our solutions. Support our customers in finding the best solution for them, based on our systems. Actively participate in the strategic work including market development, customer base, and customer offerings. Collaborate within an international team, working together with colleagues at headquarters. Initiate, coordinate, and lead the work in preparing offers until submission to the customer. This includes setting target prices based on market data. Provide support and advice to customers on service and maintenance of Rolling stock and based on the customer dialogue, prepare offers together with the team. We offer flexible working conditions, where you can balance work in the office with home office.Who You Are:
Committed to contributing to a sustainable future and see value in creating and maintaining long-term relationships. Enjoy working closely with customers and finding business solutions to their challenges. Have experience in project sales with confirmed successful sales results. Background in the railway industry, likely from Rolling stock or service. Good organizational skills and confident in making independent decisions. Effective communicator and relationship builder.
